Fortuito's commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation
Fortuito maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Our Standards
- Fortuito is intended for adults aged 18 and older only
- Users must confirm they are 18+ by entering their birthdate during registration
- Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited
- This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any form of child sexual exploitation
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is illegal and strictly prohibited
How We Enforce These Standards
- We promptly investigate all reports of inappropriate behavior
- We permanently ban accounts that violate these standards
- We report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement as required by law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
