Permanently remove your Fortuito account and data

⚠️ Deleting your account will:

  • Deactivate your profile so you no longer appear in matching
  • Clear your profile data, including your description, preferences, and match history
  • Close any active matches

Note: For safety and anti-abuse purposes, we retain limited records, such as safety report history. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete in the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Fortuito app:

  1. Open the Fortuito app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted
Cancel your subscription first. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel separately in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to avoid future charges.

Don't Have the App Installed?

If you've already uninstalled the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your Fortuito account so we can verify and process it.

We'll confirm once your account has been deleted. Requests are typically processed within a few business days.
