Report a Safety Concern

We take safety seriously and review every report within 24 hours.

Report in the App

The fastest way to report someone is directly in the Fortuito app, where we can tie your report to the specific match and conversation:

1. Open the Fortuito app and go to your Matches screen
2. Tap the flag icon next to the match you want to report
3. Choose Block & Report
4. Select a category, add details, and submit

You can also block someone from the same flag icon without filing a report. We review every report within 24 hours and take action up to and including permanent removal.

Can't Use the App?

If you've uninstalled the app or can't report in-app for any reason, email us and we'll follow up. Please include as much detail as you can, what happened, when, and any identifying details, so we can investigate.

We'll respond as quickly as we can. For concerns involving the safety of a minor, please say so clearly in your message so we can prioritize it.
